Austria OVNF Bulk Supply Distributor Program: Pre-Order Checklist for Wholesale Buyers

Storage and shelf life at your Austria warehouse

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

For online sellers in Austria, the asset pack matters as much as the product: white-background images, spec tables and flavor descriptions let a new ovnf bulk supply listing go live the day stock arrives.

Compliance paperwork for Austria imports

If your country requires local notification or registration, flag it at quotation stage. We supply the technical files and sample batches needed for filing, and we will not recommend a configuration we cannot support with paperwork in writing.

The fastest route to a live number is a message with quantity and destination. Those two details let the desk return ovnf bulk supply unit pricing, freight options and stock positions for Austria in a single reply - usually within hours.

Practical checklist

• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity

Timing orders around the production calendar

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Shenzhen Yantian, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 12 to 18 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Austria trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.
