OVNF Bulk Supply Reorder Program in Greece: Overview for Trade Buyers

After-sales support and claims handling

We reject the common wholesale trick of shipping untested mix-grade stock. Every batch we send has passed the same checklist, and customers receive the inspection summary with their shipping confirmation. If a unit fails within the defect window, the claim is handled with replacement units on the next order — no debate.

Lead-time discipline separates professional importers from frustrated ones. Greece orders placed ahead of Chinese public holidays and peak shipping season move on schedule; last-minute bookings compete with everyone else for freight space.

Minimum order quantities are designed for trade: typical entry at 300 units, with mixed-flavor cartons available so first orders are not forced into a single profile. Volume tiers usually step up at pallet and container quantities, where per-unit savings become significant.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Greece trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Private-label options for Greece brands

Custom packaging is where own-brand programs win at retail. We produce retail blister cards, display boxes of 10, counter CDU units and flavor-guide cards, all matching your artwork. Files are checked by our pre-press team before printing to avoid the font and barcode errors that delay first launches.

Every quotation for Greece separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.

Carton marking includes item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross and net weight, so Greece warehouse receiving scans through without manual sorting.
