OVNF Bulk Supply Trade Terms Notes for India Trade Buyers

After-sales support and claims handling

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Online sellers value the asset pack: clean product images, flavor descriptions and spec tables mean a new ovnf bulk supply listing can go live the day stock lands, instead of waiting on a photoshoot.

On the line, finished units go through automated draw testing, leak tests under pressure cycling and visual inspection. AQL 2.5 sampling governs the pre-shipment check: a statistically meaningful sample is drawn from every ovnf bulk supply carton run and inspected for draw resistance, vapor volume, labeling and sealing.

Building a ovnf bulk supply range that fits India demand

The recommended opening mix pairs high-volume staples with two or three rotating seasonal lines. Staples guarantee turnover; seasonal rotations give regulars a reason to browse. Regional data for India is available on request to tune the initial split.

When destination rules in India change, paperwork changes with them. Flag the market at quotation stage and the desk confirms the exact certificate set in writing rather than at customs.

Mixed-flavor master cartons let new buyers test the full lineup without deep stock on any single profile. Once sell-through data identifies the local winners, reorders can lean into them while keeping a tail of variety for breadth.

Practical checklist

• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base

Sample policy and product evaluation

First-time buyers are welcome to start with a small mixed order to verify quality and packaging before scaling. Message +86 13711127975 for the current ovnf bulk supply stock list, flavor catalog and sample policy — the same line handles phone calls, WhatsApp and WeChat.

Compliance is handled before dispatch, not after arrival. Every ovnf bulk supply carton for India leaves with the document set the destination requires - RoHS paperwork, ingredient statements and battery transport reports where applicable.

Documents that travel with every shipment

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and India trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Storage and shelf life at your India warehouse

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

Reorder forecasting is a shared exercise. India buyers who share a rough quarterly forecast get production slots reserved and freight consolidated, which shows up directly in the per-unit number.
